The DFDTV Network is committed to giving back to the community whenever possible. To that end, DFDTV has developed a unique way to help charities leverage their special events to increase their visibility and the funds those shows raise.
DFDTV will professionally video tape and edit appropriate charitable events at its own expense to create a high quality video that will run on the DFDTV site as a "special event" that viewers can stream on demand.

The charity can publicize the availability of this video following the event itself. But most importantly, the show will also contain a link to the organization's web site where a donation can be made.
Visiting the charity's site can be done in real time while watching the event without the need to leave the DFDTV site or close down the video. This opportunity for an "impulse purchase" makes it much more likely that a viewer will make a donation.
We think this is a Development Director's dream come true. There are always supporters who would have bought tickets to an event but for one reason or another were unable to do so. There are also those who would love to attend such a gathering but can't afford to do so. Now these supporters can "attend" at their convenience and be gently solicited for a contribution. In essence, the event will live on for as long as the charity wants it to be available.
DFDTV does this to support worthy philanthropic activity while we are at a stage in our own business development that precludes substantial monetary contributions.
